What to wear to your next Spring Event

How are you doing? I hope you had a great weekend? I am trying to recover from the weekend I had. I shared a recap of  the Yoga Party I put together on the blog yesterday, you can see it here. I am starting off Monday with a fashion post showing what to wear to your next Spring event. It isn’t quite Spring yet and Atlanta weather is reminding me of that, it was so cold shooting this look yesterday (blogger struggles, lol.) My embroidered lace dress with the trumpet sleeve is a perfect alternative to a floral print dress and a stand out piece. Lace is timeless after all.

My lace mini dress is embellished with sequin. I love the trumpet sleeve which is especially perfect for those who don’t like showing their arms. I have linked other similar type dresses in the widget below.

My shoes have been on heavy rotation since I bought them last fall, for $23 shoes (on sale) they are super comfortable and durable. Tassel earrings are a huge trend for Spring &Summer, I have linked  a few above. Mine are under $30 and it comes in different colors.

Where I would wear it?

I would wear this dress to a wedding, cocktail party, tea party & it would be a perfect shower dress for a bride-to-be.

Styling Tip

Aside from pairing the dress with solid colors like I did with gold, wearing floral pumps or sandals is another stylish option.
