Titi’s Passion Yoga Experience Recap

Thanks for stopping by the blog today. I hope you are having an amazing Sunday? I had the pleasure of hosting some fab ladies in my city yesterday at the Yoga Party I put together in collaboration with CorePower Yoga. I wanted to do something different but fun and as a Yoga enthusiast I decided why not gather together and work on our bodies?  Thanks to CorePower Yoga Midtown for helping me make this a success.

We all enjoyed an hour of Yoga where we worked on our bodies and got to relax too. That is my favorite thing about Yoga. It goes beyond the body, I am sure I not only speak for myself alone when I say I left rejuvenated.

CorePower Yoga is one of the fastest growing Yoga studios in the nation, with locations all across the United States.

Thinking of starting a new exercise that strengthens your body and most importantly your core(I know a lot of women struggle here, myself included) I would definitely recommend Yoga and especially CorePower Yoga because they create that perfect environment to help get your body where it needs to be and you have fun doing it.

They have heated and unheated classes and Yoga classes that incorporate weights for a more intense workout.

Yoga isn’t as complicated as some might think, just give a class a try and you would see what I mean.

I had ladies who had never tried Yoga before to ones who had practiced for years and everyone enjoyed the class.

We had yummy healthy drinks and shots provided by Kale Me Crazy. They offer juices, smoothies, salads and much more in a sleek upscale environment and are located all across Atlanta. I love that they serve only fresh, organic ingredients and incorporate super foods.

The pain killer shots was a hit, it contains tumeric, ginger, lime & raw honey.

We had eye patches and face masks in each goodie bag provided by BioRepublic who make one of the most fantastic masks I have ever tried period (and I have tried quite a few.) Use one mask and I guarantee you, you will be hooked. Stay tuned for my review later this week.

Also in the bag were products from Aunt Jackie’s. I love this affordable line of products that is great for natural hair. I used their products to achieve my hair style.

My outfit was provided by Spanx. Did you know that Spanx made one of the best activewear out there? I was blown away by the comfort of this activewear. They are pretty much Spanx for working out (it sucks it all in, ladies) made from the lightest fabric and in so many gorgeous prints. I will share more photos on an upcoming post.
