How to style a basic T-shirt

Thank you for stopping by the blog today, TGIF! I am ending the week with another look featuring a pleated skirt. Unlike the Maxi skirt from Tuesday’s post, today is centered on how I style a graphic t-shirt. Honest moment, you won’t find me in most of the outfits I feature on my blog on a good day while I am running around town. My go to outfits for my busy life is typically denim or leggings, a t-shirt and a pair of sneakers. It’s more practical for my lifestyle and I am sure some of you can relate to that statement. I am sharing how I put my spin on making basic t-shirts stylish and wearable outside the house.

My number one go-to spot for hunting for stylish t-shirts has to be Zara they carry a variety of t-shirts and at affordable prices. I also find stylish t-shirts like the one I am wearing today from Asos. Anyone can pair a t-shirt with a pair of denim so that is not what I am discussing today. I paired my t-shirt with a Midi metallic midi skirt (its available in tall too) a Bomber jacket and sneakers for a chic but comfy weekend outing look. You can switch out the sneakers for heels or flats if that’s more of your thing. I am ready for any event from a birthday dinner, to date night or night out with friends in my outfit.

Different ways to style a basic T-shirt

-Wear it with a fitted pencil skirt and pair it with heels or pointed toe flats.
-Wear with a maxi skirt like the one I wore on Tuesday’s post is another option.
-Styling it with a blazer and denim short is another chic and casual option.
-Instead of your regular jeans, style with a high waist jeans for a different stylish look.
