Storm Dorris- Garden of Opulence

Hey guys,

Thank you for stopping by my blog. Today I am sharing images from a fashion show I had the pleasure of being invited to, in Atlanta about 2 weeks ago. The designer Storm Dorris, (label named in his name) an emerging designer, is a graduate of prestigious SCAD which is located here in Georgia. He specializes in high end couture clothing for women, men and children. Its couture week in Paris, France this week, this post came at the perfect time:-)

This fashion show was in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Association, Georgia Chapter. A silent auction took place after the fashion show, benefiting this cause. The theme for the show was Garden of Opulence. I was blown away by his handmade master pieces. The details put into each of the designs was amazing. I can see myself wearing quite of a number of the pieces which sometimes isn’t the case with couture collection. I love his use of feathers, tulle (one of my favorite fabrics)  and crystals! I wish Storm Dorris lots of success in the future. I see him going places and hopefully I get to wear one of pieces, some day.
