I don’t usually get this personal on here but I’d be doing a disservice to myself and to you all if I didn’t say something. It’s been on my mind and I finally decided why not.

As Women’s Health Month and Mental Health Month come to a close, this is your reminder that health is wealth and yes I know how that sounds but I mean it. If you’ve been putting off doctor’s visits, the right doctor will change that for you. I can say this from personal experience. Don’t ignore the signs and please advocate for yourself loudly and without apology.

As women, and especially as a Black woman, I go where I feel seen and heard and you should too.

I thought since it’s the unofficial start of summer and thought I start it with this fun list🫣😆

CDG is Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. Security line is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced.
I am a mom and at some point had toddlers so that is that🙂‍↔️ I have been kicked nonstop multiple times on a flight so there is trauma there😅
i think everything else is self explanatory.
