It’s officially August, who is excited? In case y’all missed anything from my instagram this past week, i’ll be highlighting some of the posts in this Instagram recap. With summer winding down and gearing the family up for back to school, this is how I have been navigating our wardrobes.
My kids are just so excited for the new school year to start, and I am so ready to have them back into their routine. One of my favorite aspects of back to school is, you guessed it, shopping for their clothes and supplies. Walmart was my go to this year for their bts looks, and they are just loving their backpacks and lunch boxes with all of their favorite characters on them. You can shop their look here!
With summer break coming to an end, I styled this look for an afternoon where I wanted to be cool and comfortable. This ruched, floral peasant top is perfect for any summer activity. It is lightweight and feminine and so I paired the top with these cropped wide leg jeans that I love.
I wore the Maison Maxi by For Love and Lemons, rented through Rent the Runway on my recent trip to Europe. I love this chic look for it’s effortless, flowy style that kept things cool and comfortable while in Positano on the Amalfi Coast, Italy.
Here I am wearing one of my new favorite cocktail dresses. The Keepsake Call Me Mini dress is such a fun way to dress up for an evening out. I paired it with neon yellow Schutz slides that gave the outfit a trendy pop of color.
