Effortless Chic Midi Dress for Fall

Effortless midi dress for Friday, yes please! Thank God it’s Friday right? I am still in New Orleans and I am sharing one of the looks from my trip. I am all for easy pieces especially on vacation hence why I am sharing this Effortless Chic Midi-Merlot by Ladyee boutique. I am staying at the Pontchartrain Hotel in NOLA. It’s a beautiful hotel 4 star hotel that has all the old NOLA vibes! It’s the perfect hotel if you are seeking that. The rooms are modern but with a vintage touch. If you catch my Instagram stories later today, I’ll share a tour of my room. It is located in the Garden District about 12 minutes from Bourbon street and all the action.

Don’t get me started on the painting in the hotel’s lounge area. It is worth stepping in here just for drinks if you happen to be in NOLA.

Back to my effortless midi dress, I love so many things about this dress from the Draped Cocoon silhouette to the 3/4 Sleeve and let’s not forget that it is made mostly from rayon, so you know it feels amazing against the skin. I have this midi in green  and shared the outfit in motion on Instagram stories earlier this week. I love this burgundy option for night time.

 

I would also rock in during the day with slides or mules. I paired it here with my favorite animal print sandals by Stuart Weitzman.
