Afffordable Friday night Fashion

Even though it was a short work week, I am glad it’s Friday. I haven’t gone out on the weekend in a while but if I had somewhere to go to tonight today’s outfit would be perfect. The apricot ruffle ruffle body suit is also available in other colors. Bodysuits tend to work better with fitted skirt as you avoid bulging created by blouses or shirts.

Aside from wearing this on a Friday night, I would wear this on date night or pair the midi skirt with a button down shirt for a day look. I love the versatility of the skirt.

I decided on statement earrings by Kenneth Jay Lane and shoes by Schutz. Statement earrings are a big fashion trend this season and a great wear to style up an otherwise simple outfit. I love this pair too. The chain party bag by Henri Bendel was perfect for this look and is currently available on sale. My lipstick is Limbo by Colourpop.

Sizing
I am wearing the skirt and the bodysuit in a medium, although I would go down a size to a small for the bodysuit (It is a little big on me)
