The perfect Spring/Summer Midi Skirt

How is hump day treating you? We are experiencing 80degree+ weather in Atlanta so my looks will be reflecting that. Today’s post features a floral embroidery Midi skirt by Asos which would be perfect for Spring/Summer. I love the details, the sheer and embroidery on the skirt is what drew me to it in the first place. I wanted the focus to be on the midi skirt hence why I chose to pair it with a plain black camisole. 

My Zara purse has been on repeat for a while now, see it here. It is a fun inexpensive purse that is also versatile. It added color to my look which was tilting to a darker overall look. It is available for $50.  I love my classic Pigalle pumps by Christian Louboutin, they go with everything and are available in 3.5 and 4 inch heels.

I am all for brights when it comes to lipstick these days and my favorite purple is Recollection by MAC.

I would wear this outfit for a cocktail party, date night or even to a wedding (I would simply wear a black slip under)

Sizing
I am wearing this in a US size 4, my regular size. The great thing about Asos is that they offer free returns and 2 day shipping for $19 a year.

I had a great time shooting this look, nothing sets you apart from the crowd than showing up in a statement outfit like this skirt. It is a midi skirt too which I love.
